Hello,
In my project, we are creating tasks by integration, and then these in the PSO allocate to a team resource, where the task is associated with that team.
I would like to know if the above is possible, if so how can I do it?

Another question, is it possible, let's imagine an address field, like a region having a lookup that fetches all teams id, associating that team_id to that address, making all tasks that have that address, have that team_id, and when it is sent to the PSO allocate to a resource belonging to that team.

If it is possible, how could it be done?

Best Regards,

Carlos Soares

Hey Carlos,

The task can be associated with each of the members of the team using a Resource Preference of 1. This would ensure that the activity gets allocated to a member of that team.

Another way of achieving the same thing would be to set up geographic regions for each members of the team. Using the geographic location of the activity to determine which team can be allocated. At present, this sort of information is not automatically shared across the team, and so the setup would have to be repeated for each member of the team.

Kind regards,

Khalid
