Is there a way to see what keywords end users are entering in the search bar when they are in AssystNET?

Hi Nicole,

Just to confirm this isn’t currently possible. We’ve also seen Steve’s suggestion in the ideas are and will review with the Product team.

It sounds like service catalog & search bar queries would be useful to store to allow an administrator to understand what their users are looking for and whether or not there’s missing offerings in their service catalog.

If Steve’s idea aligns with what you’d like to see added please upvote it to register your interest.

Cheers,
Robert
