We are on UPD13 and we have some users that Recent Screens functionality doesn’t work and others it does work. We have cleared browser cache with not success of solving the issue. Any other ideas of what might be the issue.

This has been identified as a potential bug and has been solved by Solution ID 297773 during UPD 14. You’ll need to open a support ticket to get further help and get the solution.
