Possible to automatically add specific approval templates based on users company?

Hi,

Would it be possible to make the system default a specific approval template based on the county that the creator is from?

Fx a manager from Germany is creating a document with a specific document class - could the system then put on automatically a specific approval template where the system reads that this user (the creator of the document) is from Germany and therefore it puts a certain approval template directly on the document - and then a different one if the creator of the document is e.g., from France?
