select authorization routing template option greyed out in PROD but works fine in TEST

Hi

I have an issue where I can select the authorization routing template on a PO in our TEST database but the option is greyed out in PROD. All permissions are exactly the same and the PO details are exactly the same in both environments. 

Can anyone suggest something I am missing?

Hi,

In APPS8 I think this is the setting you are looking for 

 

This has moved to the Company record in future releases
