@GFRASER_CDE - this is set in the Settings app, have you found that option?

If not, try this: go to Settings > Trip Tracker 9 > Account

here you can toggle “Use IFS Cloud” to off and then enter the TAS URL in the “Other” field.

Cheers,

Hi

Are you using IFS Applications or IFS Cloud?

If you are using IFS Applications what version are you on and which update Level.

On IFS Cloud we do not have any Touch Apps server anymore and have another solution.

Johan

hi

We are on Apps9 Update 17.

Currently testing moving to the onprem solution for Touchapps as the uplink server through IFS cloud is  being retired in March next year.

The testing is OK with Android but we are struggling with the correct version of iOS app to work with the onprem touch apps solution.

Thanks

Graeme

We have the iOS CRM companion working so its just the Trip Tracker we cant get working.  There is no place to enter the non Could url (there is in the CRM companion).  Also tried the Apps10 trip tracker but that doesnt work with Apps9.
