Hello,

I have created Known Host file and Identity file.

The SFTP server authenticates by using private public key pair and the public key is sent to the 3rd party to setup, and when I try to login to SFTP server using WinSCP i get an error saying “SFTP Server Refused our Key”.

Is there a way to overcome this issue.

I have converted the private key using PuTTY Gen for testing (.ppk format) and have used it.

Also, I have provided passphrase and username and password., but when I enter password, the above error is encountered.

Regards,

Thej

Hi @Thejaswini

usually the IFS cloud team generates these both files.

Do you use cloud services or on prem?
