I would like to know if it’s possible to enable access to employees in the Preliminary status through supervisor access or in any other way?
I am aware that access can be granted via the ‘HR Application Manager’ checkbox but I would prefer not to use this if possible.

Preliminary status is given to a employee when they are not yet started employment with in the company.
These employees can be assigned to a new employment group when you create them.
you can view them later in the employee access group as well. (can zoom in and see the details)

Your proposed method will give access to the whole group of preliminary employees to those listed in the Access tab. We’ll have GDPR issues if we add to many employees with access.
Is there a way to limit access to only the supervisor of the employees that will start?
I find it a little strange that the IFS doesn’t have this as a configuration, so that we will have a choice if supervisor have access to their employees that will start at a future date.
