Is it possible to add an administrator group for a PM action? It can be observed that this is possible for both PM Program and Work Task Templates. When going to the PM Planning lobby, there are "My PM Programs" and "My Work Task Templates".

The aim is to see the PM actions, for which a particular maintenance engineer is responsible.

Hi Mithila,

This has been previously discussed with RnD and the explanation is as below.

"Task Template/PM program is not site specific when it is created. Then there is a question ‘who owns it?’ and Administrator group was introduced as a solution.
But in PM action we already have MaintOrg site and ‘User allowed Site’ control. So If this functionality required then we should consider up to work task, etc as well."

Hence this can be categorized as a functional enhancement, which the user can achieve by a custom field.
