Touchapps and Account manager not working with ADFS

Hi, Our customer is in APP10 UPD 12. we have setup ADFS for production environment and we are able to use it for IFS EE and aurena without issue. In touchapps we are getting error for redirect URL any idea of this issue? even in account manager.

Hello,

Since your customer is using ADFS as identity provider, the redirect URIs needs to be added to the ADFS server. Not in the middleware server.
Please refer to this documentation - https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/040_administration/210_security/015_authentication/030_configure_ADFS

You will have to add all the redirect URIs.

Hi Danister ,

 

all redirect urls are given, if you look at the screenshot attached. i have highlighted them in the below as well. issue is the same with account manager app as well.

This looks like a screenshot from the IFS Middleware Server Admin Console. You need to configure ADFS. Have you followed all steps as documented in the link Danister posted you to? For reference this is: Configuring ADFS (ifstechdocs10.azurewebsites.net)
