Permission Set for the user to execute modify command in projection

Hi

I have done a basic update on projection level under the plsvc file

basically using ---API.Modify

This is working with user IFSAPP

But after creating a new user and trying to update the same i am getting below error

“Your System administratorhas not granted permission to complete that action”

Do anyone one know what are the basic permission sets need to give to the user to do this basic update
