Cannot delete Equipment Object in Risk Analysis/ Detach Risk Analysis from Serial Object

Description - Cannot delete Equipment Object in Risk Analysis/ Detach Risk Analysis from Serial Object

1. In the Object Connections, search for Equipment Object and added Risk Object Connection and Risk Reference Objects.

2. Then I can the same in Risk Analysis/ Object Connection.

3. Issue no 01 - I cannot find the Object key in the drop down. Why?

4. Issue no 02 - I can connect the Risk under Serial Objects as follows .

5. Then if I refresh, I can see the same under Risk Analysis/ Object Connection

6. However, when I try to delete I get an error.

7. Also if I try to delete the same in Serial Object/Attachment also giving an error. Now it is a deadlock situation.
