Is it possible to move a standard IFS menu option from a sub-menu to the top of the main RMB menu?
Either by standard IFS functionality or custom field ( UserMethod() ).

+18As per my knowledge, We couldn't move IFS standard RMB options to different positions other than doing a simple client side modification.
If you want to change the position of any custom RMB , it can be achieved by modifying menu Item Order as mentioned in the below community thread.
