I have a new IFS Cloud environment.
I need to use MWO.
In the Microsoft store, I downloaded the app : It’s OK
When I launch the app, the system want an URL. I write it : OK
After, I don’t see the login screen, but a screen displaying “CLIENT DISABLED”.
What do I need to do to activate the app?

+16Most likely you haven’t configured the IAM Client. You need to set the Redirect URI as defined in Mobile Work Order - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud

1. What is the url you have given ?
2. What is the IFS Cloud version you are using?
3. Which app you have downloaded rom the Micrisoft store etc.

The version is : 21R2
The app is : IFS MWO MAINTENANCE. It’s the same with IFS SCAN IT and IFS MWO SERVICE
