Unable to get database connection

Hi Team,

 

we  are occasionally facing this error while user try to login in IFS . we have four Managed server. 

 

we are working on IFS8.

 

Please suggest what need to be done to overcome this issue.

I would say talk to your hosting partner that should be more aware about your connection to the managed servers,
