Invoice Printing when Price Source on Part line is Unspecified

Forum|alt.badge.img+7

When an invoice is printed where the part lines contain Price Source = Unspecified, the parts do not print on the invoice. What is needed to print the part on the Invoice?

Hi,

As field help refers, this Price Source = Unspecified is used when Ownership of the part is either Customer Owned or Supplier Loaned. If that’s your case, it has no sense that the line is included in the invoice, as you cannot invoice anything that doesn’t belong to your company. This line will be included in a delivery note of the items provided, but not in the invoice. If anyway, you want them to be included, then you will need to design a new invoice layout that includes such lines, with no price.

Regards,

Pilar

@Pilar Franco I can understand how that would not want to show on an invoice, however, how do you provide the customer a deliverable that shows we received their product, repaired their product and are now sending it back to them?  The customers want a record of what we worked on.
