Hi,

I am a bit confused by Service Contract vs Request Contract. I have been working with Service Contracts but not with Request Contracts.

There seems to be some similarities/overlapping functionality, but are there an “official” recomendation or best practice when to use either one of them?

Best Regards,

Jonas Hermansson

Service Contracts is for the traditional Work Order Based service, then Request contracts is for the new Request Management service. But there is actually more than similarities, they are both built on the same foundation.
