Is there a way to create a template within the Document Folder Navigator? We don’t currently keep our documents for our projects in IFS, but would like to move towards that. We use the same folder structure for each project and rather than having to create the folders each time, if we could create a template and then copy it, it would save a lot of time.

No, there is no folder structure template functionality. You probably could hack something together though by keeping a folder structure that you never use, as the template. Then, a custom event, triggering at a good time, could create a new folder structure and use the different names in the template structure.
It would not be a very big hack, actually, but you would need someone with medium level PL/SQL skills as well as a good understanding about how to use IFS database APIs to pull this off. I'm sure your favorite IFS contact would be willing to help out if you give them a call :)
