Hi,

I’m trying to replicate the below functionality in Aurena but I cannot find it. It is an advanced search in which you can, sum amount, group values… do a classic search. I do not refer to SQL Search.

Does anyone know the equivalent?

Many thanks

Ghita

Hi @Ghita Rais

In Aurena you can use advance Search by Advance Search Option

The you can add filter to any column you want

Additionally
you can get Sort Function by clicking the arrow on each column.

But still there are some requests for GroupSum
you can see the below info regarding GroupSum functions
Aurena Gruoup Data function | IFS Community
“The default group by feature provided by IFS FrameWork team , can be used when data is search in balance analysis. The correction was initially done in GL Balance Analysis and IL Balance Analysis. The rest of the balance analysis pages will not be covered in this correction”

Hope this info helps

It is a pity that this functionality is not in (IFS21R2). Now I only see exporting to Excel and perform the sum, average and grouping in there.

Hope this improves soon or is on the backlog.

For some reason the advanced field is not updated if I open the Advanced Search and then filter on one of the columns in the result overview. Syntax support for using the advanced search, lets say it mildly, not top notch for IFS21R2.
