Remove one shipment line from a Handling Unit

Forum|alt.badge.img+8

We are tryin to use the Shipment Handling Unit functionality to build our shipments. If we designate a pallet as a Handling unit and start adding Shipment lines to it but then find out, for example, we need to pull off one or several cases of product from the pallet because they don’t all fit on the pallet or we need a different lot # of one product, can we/how can we do it?  I’ve read the help and there is Delete and Disconnect but seems they are only available at the Handling unit level (i.e. to delete the entire Handling Unit. )

True? any workaround?

Hi @KLAVALLEY , If you click on your Handling Unit (Pallet) in the tree view, in the Handling Unit Structure > Handling Units tab in Shipment window, you will see two parts. In the upper parts you will see the Handling Unit you have selected. In the lower part, you will see the parts inside it. So if you want to remove some parts from your HU, select those part records in the lower table and remove them by clicking on the delete button. Then those parts will be moved back to Unattached Shipment Lines tab. Thanks.
