Change Authorizer on Purchase Requisition

Forum|alt.badge.img+9

Hi,

I want to replace the Authorizer name that appears in the tab in the screen cap attached. I can find the Authorization rule in IFS (I am using Apps10) but I can’t find  where the list of Authorizers for the rule is.

Can anyone help?

Hi, Please follow the below steps

  1. Go to Misc Order Info tab. Zoom on Authorization Rule
    1. In the resulting, Purchase Order Authorization Rule window, zoom on Routing Template ID.
    2. Select Authorization Routing Templates tab. Select the relevant Authorizer ID from the list of values.

Hi @jdoherty ,

if you open Authorization rule ( in Purchase requisition Authorization Rule window), you can find the field called, Routing Template ID. If you zoom in to Routing Template, there you can add/remove Authorizers.

Hope this helps.
