Hello.

My installation of IFS Apps9 can’t be started due to the error “Failed stopping HTTP servers).  This occurs during a reconfigure of Middleware.  Does anyone have an advise on how to resolve?  Thanks in advance.

I met with Brent Wilson and other IT contacts at this customer.  At Charith’s suggestion we tried using the \bin folder scripts.  We were successful and were then able to reconfigure using their new server certificate successfully as well.  The users were able to log into their Prod instance and all is well again.

Hi @dbwilson,

If you try to manually stop and start the servers using scripts located in the bin folder, do you get any errors? You can try to do an orderly restart of IFS Middleware Server and then try to reconfigure again.

Hope this helps!
