New emails received recently from IFS mail with irrelevant subjects to users.

Hi all,

Recently, we setup mail sender details in ifs application for a customer. Now, there are some  new mails are received  to users with irrelevant subjects. Is there any way to find out from where these mails are generated? I checked application messages regarding this emails but couldn't find any details.is there any place to check further. Can anyone help me.

You can check the events!

 

Based on standard, almost all mails are send via events.

Are these mails related to reports or something else?

A screenshot of the relevant app messages would help. There, you got a sender on the top.

 

Maybe this leads to some clarification.

Check the mail events and mail actions regarding action type mail
