The Org code or position code doesn’t exclude from the Org Chart when ‘Exclude from Organization Chart’ is selected.
How could I exclude the Org Codes and Position Codes from Organization Chart?
Am I missing something here?

Seems the issue needs to be further investigated. Hence, I would suggest you to raise a case to investigate the matter.

I’m working if your issue is because in your screenshot you seem to be trying to exclude the entire FICO organization which also seems to be your root organization. Have you tried for example just excluding CO Control and then generating the organization chart?
The excluding from organization chart is working for us in IFS Application 10 Update 8. As you can see in the first screenshot we are excluding the BR Management organization from the organization chart.
This screenshot shows the proper organization chart by excluding the BR Management.
