below shipment Deliver error, does anyone understand it and how to handle it? This is a project deliverables shipment.

 

Hi @ronhu,

Based on the info in the Text field at the bottom, please open the Customer screen and search for customer 200341. Then ensure that there is information set up on the Order Address Info for the Address Identity that is used for the shipment, and that this has been defined as a Delivery address.

You can do this by checking that the Address Type section on the Address/General Address Info includes the ‘Delivery’ option:

 

Then also check that there is data on the Address/Order Address Info tab:

 

In case this tab is blank, please note that you may have to enter a new record (press F5) before it can be edited.
