Manual spreading error in project budgeting and forecasting. Is this a known issue?

Amount reallocated to 2025-04 after saving.

Yes, behaving in same way in 24R2 as well.
Though, working fine if entering 0 (zero) for all preceeding periods before saving the record. Please check this way.
