Dear Community Support,

We have Project Managers in APAC where consists of 3 different countries/ Companies, (HAPL, HAP & HSEA) are unable to approve the hours logged against work orders in other entities.

For example, one PM in HAPL, is unable to approve WO hours in HAP and HSEA. Since we are having an APAC level project management in place, the project managers in the entities HAPL, HAP and HSEA should be able to approve the work order hours for all three entities (HAPL, HAP and HSEA) in APAC.

In fact, they should have whatever authority they require to execute projects in the three entities. Can you please help with what specific set up the authority for the project managers in APAC accordingly?
