Hi good morning Community of IFS

 

Excuse me i have a problem with some botton, only the first time i push this botton appers me an error, this error say “{"error":{"code":"ODP_UNSUPPORTED_URL","message":"Invalid URL."}}” The action is carried out satisfactorily but users are drawn to this type of problem, has it ever happened to them, could you help me by guiding me on what I can do in these cases, Thanky you!

Even I’m facing the same issue. Is there any resolution to this? Or does anyone know the root cause?

Hi All! I’m facing the same issue now. We have multiple sites using Aurena on Apps10, UPD18.

What I’ve learned so far:

  1. Only one site is having the issue
  2. Multiple users
  3. Multiple screens
  4. Work from Home users haven’t seen the issue

This leads me down the path of networking/firewall, but I was wondering if anyone else came to a resolution.
