Can you please advise me where to create a new risk response or edit a risk response in IFS Cloud Risk Management?

I can't find the symbols for new record and edit record anywhere.

“Risk Responses” window shows the risk reponses you are adding to the below location.

You can Add/Edit/Delete Responses from here.
