when scheduling a project, dependencies are created between activities. The most common type of dependency is finished to start, which means that the activity cannot start until the predecessor activity is finished.

When scheduling the project, the system considers these dependencies to plan the start and finish dates of the activities.  

 Notice that start date had not change after activity 3 

May I kindly know if this is due to a basic data issue.
