Hello, @AXGADROALDO you don’t believe me i have same problem for last  15 days i was try verity but no result found and finally i was came here and find your post. if you find solution pls share with me.

North America-based BAE Systems also has this issue - or similar questions - regarding adding of new columns to drop down reference list (see LCS case G2353479)

I found how to include fields in the filter column dropdown list:

We need the the field exist in Metadata with “Is Required” ticked
