Create an Event action to involve a workflow, can't find the type of User Interaction

Hi 

 

There are 3 types of Workflows, these are:

I create an Event Action to involve a workflow, but when I try to set the type to User Interaction, there is not the type of User Interaction in the drop list as below. (IFS Cloud: TD22R2-SU3)

What should I do?

Hi @peak0610 in 22R1 and beyond you can trigger the workflows using Projection Action Configuration. You can read about it here

is this an alternative method or will it be the only way to create workflows of type “User Interaction”? 

Will the workflow tutorials be updated for 22R1 onward? IFS Academy has now content that’s missing the projection action configuration.
