Automating the Disablement of the 'Approve Project Time Reporting' Button

Hi Everyone,

 

When employees register their time, supervisors are responsible for authorizing the reported time, followed by Project Managers who approve the project transactions.

Currently, supervisors must manually disable the 'Approve Project Time Reporting' button when authorizing time reporting.

Is there a way to automate this process so that the button is automatically disabled when the supervisor authorizes the time reporting?

Path: Project Management > Reporting > Time Registration

 

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Navoda.Nuwangi,

 

It appears there is no setting to make it enable/disable by default, in the vanilla solution.

Think you will have to go for a modification to achieve this requirement.

this seems rather complicated, is there no other way of disabling this?
