How can I setup Work bench to show the material needed for Shop orders? We have materials part#s in our product structure that we would like to show in Shop Floor workbench to help nest multiple SO’s for our laser without having to open all the SO’s and make a manual list..

Thank you for any help on this.

@Michael77  Shop Floor Workbench page/window does have a Materials tab where you can show either the material connected to that specific operation, or all shop order material. Depending on if you use the Aurena or Enterprise Explorer client this is controlled differently

Another great way to handle nesting where several operations should consume from the same material is to use Operation Blocks. Then the material can be reflected as a characteristic to easily identify the operations that requires the same type of material and those can be grouped into a block.

You can also select all operations that should consume the same material and use the Issue Operations Material Manually from shop floor workbench. Then enter the total quantity of the material that should be consumed and the logic will automatically distribute it against the material lines.
