Where used top level assembly

HI,

 

Does anyone have knowledge regarding Complete Where Used

 

I am looking for a simple return of all top-level parts in our inventory and a clear list of where the single part (e.g., part number 123123) is used within multiple sub-assemblies of several separate top level structures. Bypassing sub assemblies and only returning lists of top level parts.

However, I am specifically interested in receiving this information in a tabular format, not as a hierarchical tree structure.

Maybe the best option is the Multilevel Where Used tab on the Complete Where Used page? But this will list both the top levels and possible intermediate levels. Maybe you can filter on the Level column to view only the top level?

You could possibly use the feature in DDMRP called Products Per Component, but I am seeing some unexpected results in my App10 Upd15 environment that has been posted below.
