Using Manufacturing Control plans and Shop Floor Workbench - I am attempting to use the time interval sample frequency trigger

My understanding of how time intervals sample frequency trigger would work:

When I start charging to my SO op (op status: Released> In Process) an analysis generates, and then once my time interval has passed another analysis would generate, and would continue to do so until the operation is fully reported/closed/time interval trigger is turned off.

Not only does my Analysis not generate at the end of my time interval window, but it also did not generate an Analysis once the op was started; The Time trigger is turned on though (the op RMB> SO Analysis > Stop time trigger becomes clickable once i start charging time to the op)

Other times 2 Analyses were created within 20 seconds of each other right when the operation is started (Time interval was 10 years in that situation).

I don't think im doing anything different between when it does or doesn't generate an Analysis. Anyone know why the time interval isn't working properly, and if my understanding of its function is correct or not?

Is there some connection to the work center calendar?

I was trialing at an off hour when no analysis were generated at the start of the operation.

I am trialing now during normal working hours, and the 2 min time interval was working perfectly. But then I was trialing a 1 year and 10 year time interval and both produced 2 Analyses within seconds of each other
