I have a shop order where there is no standard material cost showing up. I have looked at other parts with the same operation and those do have the costs as expected, but even historically, this one part without the standard material cost doesn’t appear to ever have had it on the shop orders for previous runs. I’m assuming this is a setting on the part somewhere, but I am unable to find anything. Has anyone else run into this before, or know of a setting that controls the standard cost on shop orders? The other cost buckets have standard cost present, it is just the materials costs missing. 

I have highlighted where the material costs normally show up below:

 

Out of the box, cost bucket 140 consists of Cost Element 140 (Planned Purchase Price), which when used in a calculation for a Cost Set/Cost Template pulls from the Price Information panel on the Supplier for PP. And I assume that your bucket PM OH uses a cost element PM OH that has Cost Element 140 as its source element.

All that is likely missing is Price Info on the Supplier for PP for the underlying purchased components and a re-calculation and a copy to Cost Set 1.
