Quick Report (Crystal Report) Error

Hi John
Ensure you are using the correct version of crystal, either 32-bit of 64-bit. It seems to be a Crystal installation issue either way. If in doubt, reinstall taking care to ensure pre-reqs are all in place.

- Have you verified whether your crystal web service is working as expected? ( Can you view other crystal quick reports without an issue)
- If you can view other crystal quick reports without an issue,have you verified whether the quick report layout can be found in the open report path?
- Did you attempt to enable crystal logs in the crystal server? If yes were there any errors reported in the logs?
