Hi John

Ensure you are using the correct version of crystal, either 32-bit of 64-bit. It seems to be a Crystal installation issue either way. If in doubt, reinstall taking care to ensure pre-reqs are all in place.

Hi John,

The error description is not enough to provide you with a comprehensive answer. However,  the community would be able to assist you further if you could describe the following in detail.

  1. Have you verified whether your crystal web service is working as expected? ( Can you view other crystal quick reports without an issue)
  2. If you can view other crystal quick reports without an issue, have you verified whether the quick report layout can be found in the open report path?
  3. Did you attempt to enable crystal logs in the crystal server? If yes were there any errors reported in the logs?
