I have a new user that does not have the option to create a credit invoice on the return material authorization. Permissions are matching for someone who has the option when they right click on the page.

Does this issue is only available for a single user?
If so, we can try to clear personal computer cache using below steps.
- Use the following steps to clear the client cache
- Clear this folder in order to clear cache
C:\Users\<YOUR_USER_NAME>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 - Open a command prompt and execute the command
rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache
- Clear this folder in order to clear cache
