Is the valid from date earlier then you want to make your transaction?

I think it is the PO-line Expected Arrival date, but if you don’t use it actively (otherwise you probably would have found it) I would just back date it a year.

For cloud to find the phase in date, go to inventory part screen and select the part with the issue. There is a command button in header level “Part Revisions” click on it

 It will take you to the Part Revisions page, select the line and click on Details command 

The phase In date will now be on this screen, back date it to before the purchase you want to make
