Hello IFS community,

I dont see the difference between tardy orders and passed due orders in MSO. (illustation attached)
I looked at the start, finish and need dates but i dont see a logical conclusion.

Can someone help me please
Thanks in advance

@FleVidurK

A tardy order is an order that is scheduled to finish past its need date.

  • Shop Order Finish Date > Shop Order Need Date.

A past due order is an order that is past its need date.

  • Shop Order Need Date < TODAY

An example where I have one order that is Past Due and Tardy, one that is only Past Due, and one that is only Tardy. Today is 7/29/2025.

Good reply @matt.watters  . Yes. That is the definition.
