We are running Apps10 UPD10

Our QA department is looking for better traceability on the progress on NCRs.  Typical information is “who did that step” or “when did that happen”. 

We aren’t finding history in NCRs.

Any suggestions on where we can find this information?  

The best place is the Summary of Selected Corrections sections to track “who did what”

Could you check NCR creation actions window or NCR Chart window support for you requirement.

Hi @jhooperyan ,

you can also enable history logging of insert/update/delete of the values for the required fields in the NCR screen, and create a quick report to show the history logs of the required fields. normal end users won’t be able to see the history logs directly within the application, so that’s why a quick report is recommended.

Thanks everyone - we are looking for the equivalent of the history section that IFS transactions have (customer order, purchase order, business opportunity, etc) - a table that lists change events where you can sort by date.  It doesn’t look like that exists so we’ll need to create our own.
