Hello,

I am in production at my client's site. He upgraded yesterday to version 25R1, and I am getting this error message when receiving an OF.

Have you ever seen this message before?

ORA-01400: impossible d'insérer NULL dans (\"IFSAPP\".\"SO_COST_DISTRIBUTION_TMP\".\"COST_BUCKET_PUBLIC_TYPE\")"}]

HI @IWAAIOL @matt.watters,

If you have a zero-cost component within the shop order materials and issue it, the cost class "*" will be used for the actual costs.

Currently, this runs at receiving and closing of the shop order which leads into an ORA error message. The reason for this was COST_BUCKET_PUBLIC_TYPE column was not nullable.

Hi, we are getting the same error. Any resolution for this?

Looks like a bug, and I would be reporting it to IFS.

Hi @audreyS @AUDE DEBLOOS @Warna,

This is a product defect. It will be fixed in 25R1 SU5 onwards.

Hi @Yathartha Karunananda

Yes, I confirm that IFS wrote us a script to unblock production.

Hi @audreyS ,

We have also encountered this error for some of our shop orders.

What kind of changes/updates is the script doing to unblock the problem?

But is it weird that some shop orders are okay, but others get this error?

Seems to be some basic data missing?
