Hi

we are using IFS 7.5. The system here has been used since 2009 and never really cleaned up. We are implementing an upgrade but in the mean time we would like to tidy  these things up.

We have shop orders dating back to 2009. Is there a way to mass close / delete shop orders without doing any further issuing of materials / Operations? We have done stock takes etc so don't want to impact any materials. We just want these orders to show as closed.

The only way to really do this is write a script and ensure to close shop orders with “simplified material check” and “close shop order” ticked in the script.

You may wish to do this in batches and be ready to resolve any issues manually!
