Have you tried out the steps below? (Came across this in the online documentations)

You can either perform the automatic distribution order release directly (procedure A), or schedule the task as a background job (procedure .

A. To perform the automatic distribution order release directly: 

1. In the Automatic Distribution Order Release dialog box, enter a selection criteria. For example, your user coordinator in the Coordinator field, and a demand site and supply site you have used on a planned distribution order in the Demand Site and Supply Site fields respectively.
2. Click OK.

Note: Click Default if you want to use the default settings. 

B. To schedule the automatic distribution order release as a background job:

1. Click Schedule to open the New Database Task Schedule window. Set the scheduling parameters as desired and save. Scheduled tasks can be seen in Scheduled Database Tasks window.
