I saw another topic abut loading Engineering Parts and their structure.
Maybe the attached migration jobs (4 including a group that is prepared).
Two jobs are for loading data (engineering part and the other for the structure).
Two other jobs are for importing the loaded data.
The jobs have been prepared for an early IFS version, but can be imported in an IFS22R1 environment.
It is up to you to check them, expand them. No warranties from my side.
