Is it possible for end users to view a report created in Business Reporter from Order Report without having to install the BR add-on? The users already have the correct permissions, but when they try to export from Order Report, the report appears in blank and does not load any information, even in the PDF document.
The report was saved with the “disconnect” option and the “generate PDF” option selected.

To use this option you need to install and configure BR Execution server. Then the report will be forwarded to BR Execution server for report rendering ( full report generation ). The executed report can be retrieved as pure Excel file or as a PDF file using the options you have mentioned.
The fully generated report will be saved in to report archive.
