Uninstall ClickOnce application

Hi ​@Any,

It seems the previously installed BR tool was not uninstalled properly. Have you checked the ‘Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features’ section to see if there is still an entry for the BR tool?

If there is any, remove that one and try to do the installation again.

​@Any You will need to either uninstall the IFS Business Report software from the machine or remove the corresponding registry value.

Hello community,

I am trying to install BR for APPs10 through the MSI file, but the following error message is displayed

I can’t see nothing in my folder IFS Aplications related to ClickOnce version

 Also I have disable the COM Add ins just in case.

I want to uninstall the CLickOnce and re-install BR through MSI file.
