Hi,

We have SSO enabled login mechanism and would like to login to Business Reporter excel add-in using IFSAPP.

We don’t see the login page even if ‘Use Single Sing-On box is unchecked.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Sree

Hi

You need to enable the admin gateway
While opening business reporter click Left shift + A + D.
Keep on holding until the application opens.

Dilmi

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

Tried that and the below error appears - after which I am being directed to the normal login method.

I have installed the BR add-in on a Citrix machine using Click once installer - does it make any difference?

Thanks,

Hi,

I am now trying to login using SSO for Business Reporter (v 22.2.3) with IFS Cloud (22R2), but I am not able to do this in this latest version either.

Is there a way to enable SSO on this current version of BR?

Thanks in advance

Leif

Hello,

I am not able to login to BR as ifsapp. I have tried clicking Left Shift + A + D while opening it from a file and directly from IFS. I was able to receive an error message about login to the database while clicking Left Shift + A + D inside the report during using the relogin option. Has anyone had the same issue, and how can I handle it?

Best regards

Bart

I managed to log in as IFSAPP by run the Business Reporter application on Windows and pressing Shift + A + D a few seconds after (2-3 s)
