Hi,
I’m wondering if there is a ‘’bolt on enhancement’’ for Apps8 CRP to take on all of the enhancements Apps9/10 now have. The client is not in a position to upgrade at this moment.
Most significantly is the calculation date which is not available in Apps 8, this would be really advantageous for the client.
Is there any other means of doing this calculation in CRP?
Has anyone written a custom event that mirrors this?

Hi,
We have the MEP (Manufacturing Enhancement Package) for IFS Apps 8 (SP1) which provides lots of additional functionality (primarily in Planning and Shop Order) which then became standard in IFS Apps 9.
I just checked, and unfortunately the CRP ‘Calculation to Date’ does not appear to be in the MEP so that may not help you.

That's unfortunate but great to know about the rest.
I do wonder why this change hasn’t been listed in the Enhancement document that shows all improvements since 2002-2 to 21R2?
